We currently can not ship alcohol to the following states: AK, AL, AR, CA, FL, KY, MD, MA, MS, MT, OR, UT. Please contact your local retailer.
Shipping Information:
Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery ships products within the continental United Sates, subject to any restrictions on the shipment of alcoholic beverages. We can not ship to PO Boxes, territories, addresses outside the United States or APO/FPO addresses.
All wines are sold in New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside New York. We do not apply for or obtain any permits for shipment. The buyer assumes complete responsibility for the shipment of wine. When placing an order, the buyer authorizes us to send wine via a common carrier.
Delivery Schedule:
When purchasing wine, we will give you an estimated amount of time it will take for your package to be received. Once your order is placed it may take up to 72 hours for your order to process; dependent upon volume and availability. For more information, please call our Tasting Room at 845-258-4858. All packages are carefully packed in sturdy insulated shippers to ensure the safe delivery of your wine. Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery makes every effort to protect shipments from temperature related damage. If you have concerns regarding weather you may choose to receive your package on a specific date or you may request that we ship your order using faster shipping method. Additional Shipping charges may apply.
Signature Policy:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from us. All packages sent out by Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery will require a signature for delivery. We encourage you to make sure someone of legal drinking age will be present to receive your package as it cannot simply be left unattended. We recommend you provide us with a business shipping address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not offer a refund on shipping charges for shipments returned because no adult was present to sign for the wine.
Returns:
Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery maintains a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If you find any problem with your order (wrong wine, incorrect vintage, broken contents), please contact us immediately by phone at 845-258-4858 or via e-mail . We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. If it is determined that a shipping error occurred, a replacement package will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost. If you wish to return your wine for any other reason, you must first contact us for instructions.

By initiating a sale over the internet, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information is considered a crime. Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery will actively prosecute and assist in said prosecution of anyone found to be in violation of state law.
All orders initiated via Telephone certify that they and whoever will be signing for the receipt of the ordered merchandise is of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information over the telephone is considered a CRIME.
